Smart Chamber - Complete Closure Type Chamber System

Because the gravure coating unit is completely enclosed, the Smart Chamber does not see the splattered adhesives or volatile solvents common to conventional pan or open type unit. It also prevents quality inconsistencies caused by adhesive loss and thickness changes, and keeps the surrounding area clean.

Combining Adapter - For T-die Multi-layer Molding
This proprietary combining adapter is designed for multi-layer forming with a T-die. Layers are easily changed by replacing the flow plate, which lends itself superbly for small lot production of differing products.
The beak shape can be changed to stabilize layer thickness and improve thickness accuracy even with differing resins.

Thermal insulation in the Energy-saving Extruders minimize heat loss lowering the power consumption to maintain resin temperature and air conditioning requirement.
