One of the key safety features of Sumitomo Forklift is the Alert of Dangerous Operation system, designed to monitor driving behavior in real time and help prevent accidents before they occur.
The system detects unsafe operations such as:
- Excessive acceleration
- Sudden braking
- High-speed turning
Using advanced technologies including Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and ECU Controller, the system analyzes operator behavior and instantly provides alerts when risky actions are detected.
The sensitivity can also be adjusted to suit different work environments, making it a flexible safety solution for warehouses and industrial operations
